Where is Total Networking Solutions LLC located?

Total Networking Solutions LLC is located in Pennsville, New Jersey.  Our immediate service area that we cover includes:  State of New Jersey, State of Delaware, down to Baltimore, MD and to Valley Forge/Allentown, PA.

Does TNS make Emergency calls?

Yes, TNS will make an emergency call to any business or corporate customer 24 hours a day.  TNS strives on minimizing the downtime and lost of revenue for our business and corporate clients.

Will TNS install hardware purchased elsewhere?

Yes. TNS will install any computer or networking hardware that is purchased from our competitors or large retailers. A service fee will apply.

Moving/Installing Software from old pc to new pc?

TNS will move and/or install software on your new PC that you currently have installed on your old PC.  TNS follows the licensing guidelines that the vendor have concerning your software.  Some companies claim that they will move your existing software to your new machine.  Are they confirming your licensing?  Any software that is labeled "OEM" on the license, can't be installed on a new machine.  The license belongs to the old machine and not the owner of the machine.  There are strict guidelines regarding "OEM" license.  A retail license can be moved.  The license normally state that the software can be installed and running on one machine at a given time.
