Refund PolicyTotal Networking Solutions LLC (TNS) has established the following refund policy that we feel is fair and one of the best around. Any purchases made from the websites of TNS will have a 15 day refund policy as long as the product isn't damaged. No refunds will be accepted on any fingerprint cards, CAC readers, fingerprint readers or Smart Card readers as these devices can't be re-sold to any one due to security issues. Software orders are not refundable at any time. IMPORTANT NOTE: SOFTWARE PACKAGES PURCHASES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. AT NO TIME IS SHIPPING REFUNDED! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 5 calendar days after receipt of your computer system to arrange to return your system. After 5 days, you will not have the right to return your merchandise or receive a refund. Shipping is not refundable at any time. Software, Processors and Memory are NOT refundable at anytime. In order to return your system, you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA") by calling TNS Customer Service at 1-856-851-0128 within 5 calendar days after the day you received your system. The TNS Customer Service Representative will arrange for an RMA kit to be shipped to you. Follow the directions in the kit. You must ship the boxed system no later than 7 days after you obtain the RMA kit. Returns will be refused if the merchandise is returned without a valid RMA number or is shipped back to TNS more than 7 days after the RMA number was obtained. If the merchandise is returned without a valid RMA number, you will be charged a fifty (50) percent restocking fee. A credit will not be issued or given if at any time a product has been compromised by adding tagging labels or identifying marks. All returned items must be shipped in the unmarked, original packaging with all manuals, software, and manufacturer documentation intact. You must return all pre-loaded software with the product to obtain a refund, and you may only return pre-loaded software if you choose to return the product. Missing items will delay the processing of your refund or possibility cause the refund to be refused for the missing parts. After all returned items have been received and inspected, TNS will issue a refund for the purchase price, less applicable fees and shipping and handling within a reasonable period of time. TNS will notify you if your return or any portion of your return is not accepted. |
