AT NO TIME IS SHIPPING REFUNDED!

TNS will ship your merchandise directly from the factory to the address you provided. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so you must provide a street address with your order. Title to and risk of loss of the products will pass to you when the shipper delivers products to the address you have supplied. Title to software will remain with the various licensors. TNS will not be responsible for delays in shipment caused by events beyond the control of TNS, including shortages of materials, labor strikes or transportation failures. You agree to cooperate with both TNS and the shipping company to facilitate delivery of your system. If you provide the wrong shipping address or information, or do not honor commitments you make with regard to delivery (such as, for instance, failing to be present for delivery at a pre-arranged certain time), TNS will charge you for the reasonable cost of re-shipping your order and a $25.00 handling fee.  When you receive your merchandise, open the boxes and check for shipping damage. If you see or suspect shipping damage, call TNS Customer Service right away at 1-856-851-0128. Claims for shipping damage will not be accepted unless you make a report within 3 days after the date you received your merchandise.
