ActivCard PCMCIA Reader is the ideal reader for laptops. This reader is designed to meet the requirements of the mobile laptop user. When inserted in a PCMCIA slot in the laptop, the reader is completely unobtrusive. ActivCard PCMCIA is a perfect solution for the corporate business traveler who needs to access sensitive data while out of the office via a portable computer.

Using a patented design, the smart card is placed inside the PC-Card (PCMCIA) reader for insertion into the laptop's PC card slot. It is user friendly, easy to install, and a true Windows Plug-and-Play compatible product. (NOTE: License must be purchased separately.)
